Decorating Contest Rules

• Downtown businesses are encouraged to decorate the exterior and/or windows of their business with colorful lights, wreaths, scenery and other decorative ornaments.
• Judging will be held on Wednesday, December 14th.

Who is eligible?

Your business must be located within the boundaries of downtown area. (Garden State Parkway east to Hadley Ave.  South-side of Rt. 37 south to the Toms River) Downtown Map

Judging criteria

Judging will commence on Wednesday Dec. 14, at 5 pm.

Criteria Judged:

• Originality: Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
• Arrangement: Display and placement of decorations
• Theme: Story line or scene
• Overall Presentation

• 10 FREE radio advertising spots on Magic 100.1 announcing your business as the winner in its category. (Valued at $750)
