• 3:30 pm Cherry Lane Learning Center, 806 Main St. Toms River
• 4:00 pm Perkins Pancake House, 149 Rt. 37 Toms River

BACKGROUND: Interested Santa seekers are preparing to “Spot Santa” moving throughout the central business district in Toms River on a Fire Truck. Santa will not be hard to spot if you look for the shiny red fire truck and lights, and listen for the sirens! Candy canes and other promotional items will be handed out to visitors at Super Foodtown, Modell’s and Perkin’s, while students at Cherry Lane will be patiently awaiting his arrival for a personal treat. This merry visit is leading up to Santa’s assistance at the First Friday event that evening, where he will assist Mayor Paul Brush in lighting the Holiday tree near Town Hall on Washington Street at 7 pm.
