How to Enter:
There is no entry fee, but you must complete the following entry form and return to the Downtown Toms River office located at 218 Main Street, Toms River, by FAX (732-341-8748), mail or online registration below. Pre-registration is required and due by Monday, December 8th at 5pm. Judging is held on Wednesday, December 10th, beginning at 5pm. MORE CONTEST INFORMATION
